This employee share scheme shareholders’ circular resolution template sets out an approval by the shareholders of a company to set up an employee share scheme and issue shares to an eligible employee.

Most company constitutions require approval from their shareholders prior to establishing an employee share scheme (ESS). Upon payment you will receive a report with the client's responses to the questionnaire together with the document that has been generated using your client's responses to the instructions form.
